This position will be supervised and directed by the Reception/Transcription Supervisor. Along with the other team members of the transcription team, you will be responsible to transcribe accurately and timely and transfer of the clinical dictation initiated by Journey Mental Health Center clinicians or physicians. As a member of the medical transcription team, you will also serve as a back up for the Center's switchboard operators.
