I am not sure how widespread this practice is, but this particular Medical Society has a classified page that includes a couple of transcription jobs. One of these jobs is a home-based position.
Hunting for jobs requires persistence and ingenuity. I think using a search engine to find a number of Medical Societies might be time well spent. Even if there are no MT jobs posted, you should keep a record of the web addresses for any classified sections and the contact information of the societies. Cold calling these might even lead you to some small local transcription providers.
