I have put a few abbreviations in bold.
TAT stands for turn around time, the number of hours between receiving a job and returning a finished document. 24 and 48 are the most common requirements. Some jobs are not time sensitive at all, obviously you have to finish a job to get paid.
IC stands for independant contractor. You are responsible for keeping things straight with the tax man.
MT is a very common shortening of medical transcriptionist.
FTP is File Transfer Protocol. It is used to transfer data from one computer to another. There is readily available free software (clients) to help you do this.
